Cancellation Policy

At Chaos to Clarity, we strive to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. We also understand that plans can change, so please review our cancellation policies below:

Full Refund:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled start date will be eligible for a full refund.

50% Refund:
Cancelations made 1 to 13 days before the scheduled start date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund.
